Backstage Bar and Billards or Triple B’s is located across the street from Commonwealth in the East Fremont District. The co-owners DJ Lethal and DJ Scotty Boy are not only the owners but the residents DJs at Backstage Bar and Billards. Triple B has drink specials every and on select nights you can enjoy live musical acts. One of the weekly parties that they currently have going is Leather Soul Sundays; with One Man Wolf Pack and Big Daddy spinning rock & soul. There is no cover on Sundays and the live music starts at midnight.
Backstage Bar and Billards got it’s name from being “backstage to the adjoining Fremon Country Club. Triple B is part upscale billiards lounge and part rock ‘n’ roll library and homage to music subculture.
Backstage Triple B’s eclectic décor includes custom furniture by rock outfitter Anvil Cases, original print concert posters from some of the most famous concerts in the history of rock ‘n’ roll and the “turntable library” covering eight decades. DJ Lethal has collected and contributed a half-million dollars’ worth of memorabilia and legendary concerts are shown on a “Smorgasbord” of visual formats, showcased by an 8-foot-by-20-foot movie screen theater behind the bar. In addition to the decor, Backstage Bar and Billards has the only exclusive VIP room in East Fremont District that can be used by their special guests to use for private parties and events.
